The Paperwork Clinic is an Ontario-based not-for-profit organization providing guidance and assistance with documentation that can often be challenging or confusing. From lost ID applications and replacement requirements, to filling out forms for jobs, school, housing, or government programs - we are here to support you every step of the way!

Services offered in English and French.
